As a sustainability strategist and ecosystem builder, Nika works at the intersection of people, purpose and systemic change. She’s interested in how we bring people together around shared challenges, how we turn ambitious ideas into collective action, and how we create the conditions for positive change to happen.

Her work is driven by a question that keeps coming back: how do we make it easier for people to contribute to a world they want to be part of?

For Nika, sustainability has never been just about reducing harm or ticking boxes. It’s about rethinking the systems we operate in, questioning what we consider progress and finding new ways to collaborate on the problems that matter.

Duncan Gough

Technology has fascinated Duncan for as long as he can remember. Even in the early days, when programming was taught with pencil and paper, he was already jotting down ideas about how the world could connect in more positive and inclusive ways.

Throughout his career, he has worked with organisations including Made by Many, Analog Folk, the Liberal Democrats, the V&A and Serco. He has also founded several ventures, from Somewhere.com to GameLayers. Now, with Commonbound.work, he’s bringing that longstanding fascination with technology and human connection together to help accelerate meaningful impact through professional contribution.
